Sinclair CR4 pattern labeler technology

A proven solution to labeling fruits and vegetables in inners or trays, in one single pass. Ideal for rapid pack lines, the system can be mounted over existing belt conveyors to label up to 16 rows of fruit. It can also be supplied with its own conveyor for stand-alone labeling.

Compact Pattern Labeler with Vision Recognition System (VRS)

Integrated with the Sinclair Compact Pattern Labeler™, the Vision Recognition System (VRS) provides intelligent, high-speed, food-safe and optimized fruit and vegetable labeling for efficient packhouse operations.

Sinclair PL1 tray labeling technology

The PL1 is a versatile, standalone, compact tray labeling system for a lower volume packingline. It is easily moved around the packinghouse or integrated into your packing line depending on your needs.

Sinclair CPL-2 compact pattern labeler technology

Perfect for labeling fruits and vegetables in inners or trays, this is a two-arm model with seven-inch touchscreen interface, automated lift arms, remote access capability and user-friendly controls that complement a state-of-the-art packinghouse operation. This system can label up to 16 rows of fruits and vegetables in one pass.

Sinclair CPL and CR4 – customized mounting configurations

The CPL and CR4 systems are designed with different mounting options for a customizable solution built around your packinghouse. They can be mounted over automatic tray filling lines, automatic place packer lines and packing lines with difficult access using cantilever frames either floor mounted or mounted on the lines themselves.
